AllianceOracle is the AI intelligence layer for subsurface metadata — scoring, matching, and finance-ready briefs. When we hire, we hire people who can own a domain end-to-end — not fill a role in a committee.

What we look for

Experience in the industries we serve: oil and gas, critical minerals, geothermal, or carbon storage. You understand why a 1987 seismic dataset scores differently from a 2019 one, or why DLE operators care about formation water chemistry.

The ability to work independently and ship. We are a build-first organisation. We don't run sprints or stand-ups — we build things that work and talk to the market.

Comfort with ambiguity at the frontier of two industries: legacy energy and the energy transition. Our market is real but early.
